Meeting and departing from the Scottish Wool Centre back car park we head for Loch Ruskie. No need to book, simply turn up.

Departing from Drymen Village Square outside the Winnock Hotel we take the NCR7 National cycle route 7. Walk in the Park welcomes people living with dementia and their carers on our walks. This route has been identified as suitable for most abilities.   No need to book, just turn up.
