DESCRIPTION:After a successful taster Strength and Balance session back in April\, we are happy to be holding another session in June!\n\nDid you know it is recommended that people participate in activity which contributes towards strength and balance twice a week? Strength and balance activities contribute to preventing falls\, and compliments our walking and day to day activities.\n\nThis session will be held at Aberfoyle Memorial Hall\, on Monday 13th June at 12.15pm and follows on from our walk that morning which will allow people to have a coffee and catch up between the two.  Pop along to our walk at 10:20am meeting behind the Wool Centre in the rear car park.\n\nNo need to book\, just come along. The session is open to anyone\, any age or ability\, so spread the word or bring a friend\, it would be great to see new and familiar faces
